We treat everyone with the same respect, regardless of their situation. We believe in making every interaction a "win-win"! It began in 1999 with the johns family team. Sharing a passion to help others find the homes of their dreams, team founder Judy Johns, Coach, Dave, and Steve supported emotionally by Gary Keller and regional director Joe Harker, began greeting people with open arms and making them feel like part of the family. Since judy grabbed onto that vision in 1999, she and her family have been a highly integral part of the KW success story here in the Heartland since they opened the first KW office in KC!
